When Sony Interactive Entertainment and NBA2K approached Translation, they had a clear vision: create a co-branded 360 campaign that celebrates the shared passion for basketball and gaming. With Translation’s deep roots in both culture and sports, Translation was entrusted to lead the strategic, creative development and production of their 2025 campaign. The result was the SIE x NBA2K “Win It All” campaign, featuring basketball stars Sabrina Ionescu and Jalen Brunson. The film takes viewers on a thrilling journey through the world of everyday gamers, imagining their victories in NBA2K on PlayStation 5 translating into epic, real-life basketball moments. Through meticulous post-production, we crafted larger-than-life "winning" worlds that elevated each scene—transforming everyday victories into unforgettable, cinematic spectacles. The result? A dynamic and captivating commercial that showcases the excitement of both gaming and basketball in a truly unique way.
