When presenting healthcare services to consumers, it’s easy for marketers to miss the larger picture: when people get hurt, their lives change. When SolutionHealth asked us to elevate awareness and the reputation of the orthopedics team at Elliot Health System, we knew we needed to keep the patient perspective at the forefront of our creative. Whereas most campaigns would lean heavily into ability and technical innovation, we chose to highlight the long lasting effects those benefits would have on the patient experience. We identified two patients whose passions and goals were limited by health concerns. Fortunately, with the help from Elliot Health, they were able to get back to doing the things that they love.
