This holiday season, we launched the first ever Carry On Menu. Created in partnership with celebrity chef Rocco Whalen, we are helping to ease the pain by those in Western North Carolina who suffered the devastating blows of Hurricane Helene. For the month of December, diners in his Fahrenheit restaurants in Cleveland and Charlotte will be given a menu of specials that will never hit their table. These are popular dishes that are no longer available because their restaurants were shuttered by the storm. Purchases become donations to a fund set up to help those hospitality workers who no longer have jobs.
