The vast majority of existing PayPal customers are unaware of the breadth of the company's capabilities.​ We want current and prospective customers to see PayPal as a consultative, versatile, future-ready solutions provider and choose PayPal for all their commerce needs. ​The work positions PayPal as a strategic partner who understands large enterprise needs and is uniquely positioned to create more opportunities for them to achieve their vision through the expertise and the tools we offer. This is showcased through 3 videos, one focused on each pillar.​ The creative was just launched in November 2023. Initial response internally and externally has been incredibly positive.
