Chemistry is an independent, full-service agency with employees and offices in Atlanta, Miami, New York, Phoenix, and Pittsburgh. A culture lab made up of doers and makers united by the belief that an ounce of action is worth a pound of theory. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all formulas. We believe in relentlessly asking Why? What if? And What Next? In finding opportunities where no one else has. Above all else, we believe everything’s an experiment.

Our Blow Shit Up approach is less arson and more architecture. We break things so we can put them back together better. If we know one thing, it’s that the one constant in business is change. What we are today, we probably won’t be tomorrow.

We future proof our clients, putting them at the intersection of now and next by combining a healthy dissatisfaction for “good” and a need to hustle, with a gift for experimentation. We inherently live to question, to challenge, to make ourselves uncomfortable. We play offense, not defense. And we bring dynamite to the gun fight—because we love to Blow Shit Up. To make people stop, stare, and think.
