Sono Bello is one of America’s largest cosmetic surgery specialists. For this project, they tasked Questus with helping move from a product-led strategy to a consumer-led strategy that puts the customer first. By mapping the consumer journey, we found opportunities to remove barriers and build confidence at every granular moment.
Our creative approach aimed to elevate the brand’s look and messaging while staying true to its core, using rich, warm tones to create an intimate and emotional atmosphere. We had the pleasure of working with real Sono Bello patients and doctors to share their powerful transformation stories and help inspire others. Instead of focusing solely on before-and-after photos, we highlighted the real, everyday confidence and self-fulfillment that Sono Bello procedures bring to their patients’ lives.
