Chicago’s Field Museum, one of the largest natural history museums in the world, asked us to promote the museum’s “Bloodsuckers: Legends to Leeches” exhibit, which explores how blood is a life-sustaining source of nutrients for many animals. And, it turns out, for millions of human beings too. So to build excitement, we teamed up with chefs from Chicago’s most famous restaurants to craft dishes that all feature one special ingredient: blood. These chefs rose to the
challenge, turning their customers into bloodsuckers. After enjoying these dishes, diners received a discounted ticket to the museum.
