  • Tony Weisman CEO, North America Bio
    As CEO of DigitasLBi North America, Tony drives growth, innovation and collaboration across the agency’s largest region. Tony joined us in 2007 with more than 25 years of advertising industry experience. Prior to DigitasLBi, Tony was chief marketing officer at DraftFCB Chicago. He also held various management positions at Leo Burnett. Tony is a member of several Boards including Chicago Public Radio, the American Association of Advertising Agencies (Chicago Chapter), Off The Street Club and Chicago TechWeek.

  • Ronald Ng Chief Creative Officer Bio
    Ronald leads creative teams across all six offices in North America – the agency’s largest region. He joins us from BBDO & Proximity Singapore, where he served as Chief Creative Officer for that office, as well as head of the network’s Asia Creative Council. Prior to leading the Singapore office, Ng held top creative positions at BBDO New York, and before that, BBDO & Proximity Malaysia. During his time in Malaysia, the Gunn Report ranked Ng as the fourth most awarded CCO globally in 2010.

    As Chief Content Officer, Scott oversees our robust content practice. Prioir to joining us, he was most recently Chief Content Officer at Interpublic Group's UM and head of UM Studios. Prior to UM, Donaton founded Ensemble, an Interpublic Group content studio, where he served as CEO. From 2007 to 2009, Donaton served as publisher of Entertainment Weekly. Prior to that, he was at Advertising Age, where he served as editor from 1996 to 2006 before becoming publisher. He authored Madison & Vine, a label that would become synonymous with the convergence of entertainment and marketing.

    Clint brings over 20 years of experience in the business - across continents, categories and channels. Most recently, Clint was the EVP, Global Managing Partner at Universal McCann (UM) overseeing the global media work for Coca-Cola in addition to his new business contributions. Other media clients he’s led in the recent past include Hershey’s, MasterCard and Johnson & Johnson. He’s run international regions, won new business and pioneered new working models along the way. His ability to anticipate and act on important market trends will ensure we build on our leadership in digital media. In addition to his deep experience, Clint’s reputation precedes him as an authentic leader, strong collaborator, and enthusiastic team-builder. So we’re confident he’ll not only be an impressive addition to our media capability, but to our culture as well. He and his wife just bought a brownstone in Harlem. So he’s a committed New Yorker despite his Down Under origins. They’re stripping down their future home to the studs as part of a total rehab. So he’s clearly a guy who doesn’t mind getting his hands dirty both figuratively and literally.

    Jason "Kodi" Kodish leads the global 450-person Strategy & Analytics capability in delivering effective data-driven strategies for clients. Over the course of his tenure with DigitasLBi, he’s developed numerous analytics tools and methodologies, including the agency’s approach to attribution (a triangulated, multi-touch system across seven different models that learns over time) and IDIOM™, our proprietary intelligence operating system and industry-first solution, that uncovers signals based on actual behavior (versus intention).
