To connect with a new generation, they needed a complete transformation of their digital ecosystem: something bold, sensual, and culturally fluent. We rebuilt their .com experience into a tactile, editorial world designed to invite curiosity, intimacy, and exploration. From elevated design to sensuous interactions, every detail was crafted to move K-Y from clinical to captivating — and reclaim their role as true sexual pioneers.

On social, we developed a Playbook that gave the brand a voice rooted in honesty, cultural credibility, and internet-native personality. We anchored the brand in its rightful role in sex culture and partnered with leaders shaping today’s conversation, including “sexpert” Shan Boodram, whose month-long takeover culminated in a spike of engagement and followers. With a new unapologetic tone, elevated content, and a community-driven approach, we reintroduced K-Y to the world with purpose, personality, and a digital presence worthy of 100+ years of shaping pleasure.
